The AT&T Oaks Course plays host for the ninth consecutive season as the Valero Texas Open lands in San Antonio.
We’re past the halfway point of the season and events are starting to slim down.
The week after the Masters means a week on Hilton Head Island at Harbour Town Golf Links. Of the last 36 winners in this event, 28 have played the previous week at Augusta National. That didn’t seem to bother South Carolina native Wesley Bryan last year!
Of the top 50 players in the world just No. 10 Brooks Koepka is missing this week (injury).
There are no less than 10 guys in my opinion that could win.

There’s nothing tougher than picking the new Match Play format so I’m glad that’s in the rear-view mirror.
The only thing more difficult is finding a winner at the Golf Club of Houston!
