DraftKings has plenty of ways to join the action weekly in a salary-cap-format game. Gamers pick six players on a budget of $50,000 and hope they make the cut and go low. Each week I’ll list the players who I think have the most value and give examples of potential lineups.

Last Week:

The RSM was too long ago to remember but I know I didn’t have any of the five members of the playoff!

My lineup this week:

Jordan Spieth ($11,500): No reason he shouldn’t be the favorite with his recent record here. He can afford to spray it this week if his putter is “normal”.

Patrick Reed ($9,500): He’s used to playing and traveling abroad and this track obviously fits his eye.

Brandt Snedeker ($8,700): Plenty of experience and another fantastic green reader/putter.

Pat Perez ($7,100): Winner his last time out and top 10 in his only visit in 2009.

Aaron Baddeley ($7,000): I’ll always lean experience on this track plus he’s a great putter.

Jim Herman ($6,200): Make Kapalua great again with a big finish in his first start. Maybe not but when you burn the big dollars up front like I did, this is what can happen! #GoHermie!

Plan B

You’re welcome to mix-n-match if the guys above don’t float the boat.

There’s no way I’m going to talk you out of Dustin Johnson or Hideki Matsuyama but I’m leaning on the better putters this week. If those two boys hit it to six feet all week it won’t hardly matter but putts are going to have to fall this week.

Gut Shot(s)

One ping. One ping only.

Daniel Berger ($8,500): There are enough examples of stars in the making finishing well here in their first adventure. He easily qualifies.
