It gets progressively more difficult this week moving down the list from Group A.
The wind on the weekend is going to shape this event into a pair of tournaments: One Thursday and Friday with decent conditions and Saturday and Sunday cool and windy.

Valero Texas Open PGA Tour Game

The Hill Country outside San Antonio makes for a lovely backdrop this week as 156 players take to the The AT&T Oaks Course at TPC San Antonio.
Annually the Oaks Course rates inside as one of the most difficult on Tour and the winning score has never been lower than 14-under-par (twice).

It’s back to Texas for the third time in five weeks as San Antonio joins Austin and Houston as host cities.
This will be the 87th Valero Texas Open but only the eighth hosted at the AT&T Oaks Course at the JW Marriott.
Charley Hoffman is the landlord around these ’em here parts and has a pair of these to show from last year.

We’re back to the total scoring system this week so remember to balance out the lineups.
Harbour Town Golf Links took a beating last September when Hurricane Matthew smashed up the joint.
Multiple trees were knocked over and destroyed. Some were replaced and replanted but other than that, the course is in perfect working order. The “holes” might even let a bit of sun and wind into places where they hadn’t reached in the past.
It’s still a tight fit with tiny greens and that’s not changing!

Harbour Town Golf Links was one of Pete Dye’s first creations. Heck, he even had Jack Nicklaus help him out.
Arnold Palmer has won here.
So has Boo Weekley.
This will be the 49th edition on the same track so a bit of experience here won’t hurt.
Glass Houses
